National Metering Programme
Since 2021, WPSL has monitored energy, telecom, crude oil and taxi meters on behalf of the Federal Government of Nigeria — each a six-year programme built on the same principle as our cargo work: the reading on the meter has to match the reality on the ground.

Built over twenty years of regional operation, reinforced by technical partner Stewart Inter Sea Limited (SISA), which itself maintains a presence in eleven-plus countries.
Financial Capacity
WPSL maintains a relatively strong financial capacity and stability, reinforced by our foreign technical partners. We operate under a defined investment policy, socially responsible investment guidelines, standard legal procurement procedures, and strict adherence to accountability and transparency.
